Screen time is a growing issue for Canadians across the country, especially when it comes to teens who spend an average of 5.2 hours a day on their phones. 

As the largest provider of personal devices in the country, Rogers created 'Screen Break', a 5-year program launched in order to address the issue of screen addiction head-on. 

The launch utilized famous athletes - Connor McDavid, George Springer, John Tavares, Sarah Nurse, & Marie Philip-Poulin - to stress the need for balance.
